OhFest 2021 Campout @ PURR

Admission, Accommodations, and Parking: 

1) Admission to the event is free. All attendees must register for an Admission Ticket, whether you are camping or not.  Limited to only one per person.

2) Limited camping spots - In order to camp onsite at PURR, there is a camping charge of $40-45 per person for the whole weekend. (These costs will cover Portable Bathrooms, Utilities, Security, etc) Limited to one camping reservation per person.

If you do not acquire a camping ticket, you will not be allowed onto the site with camping gear. Additional offsite accommodations will be at the Little Creek Casino or at Airbnb’s in the Olympia and Shelton area.

3) Parking Passes - Because of limited parking spaces and to encourage carpooling, there are only a limited number of parking passes offered.  If your car arrive without a parking pass, it will not be allowed to enter.  Please do not park on the street.  We recommend arranging for carpools or uber when coming from offsite accomodations.

Attendees: Do NOT bring anyone who is not in this event. Anyone who is not on this event page or has not talked to me beforehand will be denied entry. Due to the size of the invite list already, no more invites will be sent out.

Covid Safety: You must present 1 of 3 conditions of entry. 1) Record of full vaccination 2) Negative PCR test taken June 8 or after. 3) Proof of positive covid test before May 20th and show no symptoms. You must present one of these 3 conditions to entry in person when you arrive OR you can email your vaccination card to ohfest2021@gmail.com

ANY ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT COVID RULES OR CAMPING CAPACITY LIMITS WILL RESULT IN DENIED ENTRY, REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT, AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS THAT I ORGANIZE FOR THE NEXT YEAR. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Music: This will be a two stage event with full production. A submission form will be given out to all wish to contribute music to this event after camping sales have sold out. Everyone who wants to play will be given time to play.

Ways to get involved: A full list of volunteer positions will be listed after the sale. People who reserve camping spots are encouraged (but not required) to volunteer at least one shift to keep things running smoothly. Shifts include car directing, safety, free snack shack operation, sound/lighting tech.
